Vintage rugs are really having there moment in the sun right now.  They can add a global and inviting feel to a range of decor styles. They can bring some color into simple, danish, modern design very nicely.

These shops have some of the best collections I have found. They are hand selected vintage rugs from around the world. The shops are owned and operated in the US.
Revival
One of my favorite collection for vintage rugs at the moment is Revival. Their rugs are all unique vintage pieces. They have a curated collection, handpicked and delivered directly to your door. By going direct and cutting out the middlemen, prices are up to 10x lower than comparable rugs at US retailers.
